The book proposed architecture and mathematical model of an artificial neural network for deep learning forecasting of short-term electricity imbalances using hourly data. Using a model to aggregate data with an hourly resolution followed by forecasting to reduce forecast error, the quasi-dynamic modeling method was used to analyze the impact of periodic generation on the network. The application of quasi-dynamic modeling also allows taking into account the system load curve, generation profile, storage system, as well as renewable energy sources (RES) operation in this area. The use of models makes it possible to achieve realistic estimates of generation for the required period. The book considers a local hybrid renewable energy system (HRES) based on different types of RES, which is more efficient than a system with one type of source. 0aElectric power production. 0aElectrical engineering. 0aElectric power distribution.14aElectrical Power Engineering.24aElectrical and Electronic Engineering.24aEnergy Grids and Networks.1 aKyrylenko, Olexandr.eeditor.4edt4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt1 aDenysiuk, Serhii.eeditor.4edt4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt1 aStrzelecki, Ryszard.eeditor.4edt4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt1 aBlinov, Ihor.eeditor.4edt4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt1 aZaitsev, Ievgen.eeditor.4edt4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt1 aZaporozhets, Artur.eeditor.0(orcid)0000-0002-0704-41161https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0704-41164edt4http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/relators/edt2 aSpringerLink (Online service)0 tSpringer Nature eBook08iPrinted edition:z978303144771608iPrinted edition:z978303144773008iPrinted edition:z9783031447747 0aStudies in Systems, Decision and Control,x2198-4190 ;v51240uhttps://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-031-44772-3
